If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice. For no-shows, 80% of the scheduled service total will be charged. Cancellation Policy

Due to the high demand of services, we require a credit card on file to secure all appointment bookings. Credit cards are stored securely and encrypted through our trusted booking software. Please give the courtesy of 48 hours notice for any reservation changes and cancellations. We reserve the right to process the card on file 100% of the full cost of services for no call/no show appointments and 80% of the total cost of services for the day before or less notice for cancellations/reservation changes. If you are 10+ minutes late please note you may be asked to reschedule. Thank you for understanding!
